Shipping & Guarantee
This is small business ran by one person, please keep that in mind when buying from me. I can not processes orders as fast as some of the larger companies with many employees because I simply do not have enough hours in the day to get it all done. I reply to all emails, if you email me and don't get a reply please check your spam folder or send another message after 72 hours.
I offer 100% guaranteed live healthy arrival in the rare event of DOA you must contact me within 2 hours of delivery to notify me of the problem, please take 2 clear photos of any DOAs before opening the bag. This includes any wilted or melted plants. There is no guarantee after 2 hours or after the bag has been opened. Refunds will be per DOA, shipping charges are non refundable. I do not send replacements for DOA, I only offer refunds.
It is your responsibility to watch the tracking of your shipment. Remember these are living creatures please don't leave them outside in the heat and cold.
DUE to extreme delay's and poor handling of boxes labeled "LIVE FISH" I will no longer be marking boxes "LIVE FISH"
Shipping Schedule Most orders ship within 5 business days. Some fish may need a longer fasting period to reduce ammonia in the bag.
My regular shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Please keep in mind if you order on Monday - Wednesday your order may not go out until the following week. Transit times are 1-3 days depending on location.
Please make sure you check over your order before submitting it. Make sure the quantities are correct and the correct shipping is selected. Failure to do so may delay the shipping of your order.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Live Animals USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2-3 day transit time with Styrofoam box. Most fish ship fine this way, do not use this option if your day time temps are above 90 degrees or below 32 degrees.
No Plant shipping to California. All plant shipments to California require permits, plant orders from California will be cancelled without notification.
I do not accept returns on livestock.
Orders & Cancellations
Orders may be refused or canceled at my discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or repeated refund disputes. If you request to cancel an order before it ships, a 10% cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund to cover nonrefundable payment processing fees. Once an order has shipped, all sales are final.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has shipped, I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be found, please contact USPS or UPS directly to file a claim. Before filing, check your tracking details for any package placement notes (such as “left at door,” “in mailbox,” or “at front desk”), check with neighbors or family members who may have accepted it, and call your local USPS office. USPS can use GPS tracking to identify the exact location where your package was scanned as delivered. No refund or replacement will be issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
